Returns & Exchanges

We require that products being returned or exchanged are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must meet these conditions to be eligible for return or exchange approval.

Return Timeframes

  • All return, exchange, or shipping damage claims must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund.

  • Products returned after 14 days and up to 30 days from the delivery date will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please note that personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable. This includes:

  • Engraved urns or keepsakes

  • Products customized with names, dates, or special messages

  • Items featuring unique images or artwork

  • Specially manufactured custom pieces

Once artwork, engraving details, or design proofs have been approved, custom or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement urn to be sent to you as quickly as possible and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.

In some cases, shipping carriers such as courier partners may require inspection of the damaged product before approving the claim. If this is required, we kindly ask that you retain the item and its packaging until further instructions are provided.
